This system was announced quite a while ago, with the only detail being a codename: Revolution. Over time more and more
was announced. The real name, how it works, what it and the controller looks like, and the fact you could
download older games like from the nintendo64 and before.
Games
Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing a game where to attack,
you gotta swing the controller at the screen like a sword, but I think I'll like Rayman Raving Rabbids also. Now the games themselves will be in the form of disks like the gamecube,
playstation etc. But those disks hold a lot of info. I'm guessing the memory will have to be freaking huge in the wii.
Also, Pikmin3 is gonna be for the Wii, so im working on a celebration video made from clips of the Pikmin and Pikmin2 games
Controller
The controller reminds me of a tree (think pinecone attached to a thick stick with buttons). And its wireless too! ( add +
wavebird controller for the gamecube to previous bracket statement.) So really, I was expecting another update of a controller. (look at all nintendo controllers and notice how
it seems to grow legs. take a look.)




So you can understand why I'm surprised at the shape of the Wii controller.
